anyone know what the factory spring rates are ?

It's been 8 years or more since i tested stock spring rates. From the best of my knowledge, the front springs were around 175 - 180, and the rear was 90 - 100 lbs. They will vary slightly from 2 door, 4 door, and with A/C. The diesel front springs are alot stiffer, but i dont recall ever testing those.
I ran racing springs on a 4/10ths mile high banked dirt track. The car weighed 2015 (weight limit was 2000 lbs) We used stock shocks on all 4 corners with the following spring rates.
LF: 225 RF: 250 LR: 125 RR: 100
Those should be a good starting point. We tried a Ford Bronco shock on the RF, but it was too stiff, and wouldnt allow enough body roll.
