I had one, and the advantage was, you could take alot the weight off ,buy using alum. and you could move your weight around easier! I dont see why it would hurt, whats the difference, between a light car and someone that puts 8-10 grand in a chevette engine. The class has got out of hand, and it just mounts up, to who has the most money and who will put the most in it to make it faster. Plus I loved racing them, but i guess its a good thing i sold mine, before i spent more and more money just to win 100 to 160 dollars. So i dont know how much longer they will run. I just heard this dont know if its true, but i heard 2 tracks in ky are cutting them out next year, due to low car count, just hear say, and im not listing the tracks, you will just have to wait and see! if its true!
well i kne about the weight,...but some tracks wont let u run aluminum bodys,... one thing i was woundering about was do u have to do more work to them...do u have to tie the frame rails together or what cause i kno u lose alot of stregth,...i
