Its a shame that this class is weaving out, i loved it when i raced them. I guess people could use the engines in something else though. like a making a mud buggy, hot rod, or maybe just a good sounding 4 cylinder daily car, i always wanted to put my engine in a street legal chevette. pull up at the light and watch people look, at a 4 cylinder hitting a lit like the lazer did, also thought about building a lil hot rod to take to car shows, it would be attention getter!

Chevettes just about died out here in Middle Tennessee too, but Riverview Speedway opened up and the Chevettes has been the biggest class there with 12 - 14 cars. They're even talking about running a modified class if enough cars show up. Bring those cars down to TN boys, Riverview Speedway will run them! 1/4 mile, high banked, asphalt. www.riverviewspeedway.com

We're working on a big Chevette race on Thanksgiving weekend. Nothing set in stone, but hopefully it will be worth the haul for you KY boys and even those in OH!
