The primary rules are the same in 2009 as they were this year. The only difference is... It's mandatory that you buy and wear a RaceCeiver, so the track can communicate to all drivers. Also you can choose to run in the River Runner class if you change to stock wheels and take out mirrors. I believe that's the only changes that were made.

He said they didn't have to be name brand, i think i heard someone say you could buy one like it at Radio Shack for $40. It's not a racing radio, these are just one way, you cant talk, just hear them. It's a safety item really, to let drivers know the split second the caution comes out.
