Ya'll letting that big stroke motor run in that 92 car? Thought this was an all stock class? You know if you let one in there will be others, then it will all be polluted and ruined. Next thing you know you'll have to pay $5000 to build an engine just to win $100. I know I've seen it happen before.

Memorial Day & Racing… what could be more American than that? Highland Rim Speedway hosted a full night of racing action in 11 classes. The Chevettes started things off with Kevin Preston snatching the win in a borrowed car. Preston took the driving duties from Phillip Lawrence in the 29 car. Preston took the lead early only giving it up for a lap or two after a caution. Back in the lead, Preston opened up into his own race over Paul and Richard Ramsey. Preston won the race with the Ramsey’s following for second and third. But during post race inspection, both were disqualified for a rules violation giving second to Bobby Woodard. Mark Vibbert took third with fast time winner Danny Rice coming in fourth. Aaron Ashcroft was fifth.
