My question is I have a parts car that I'm stripping. How can I tell what the rear end is? I guess I could count the teeth on ring and pinion once it's out but was wondering if some one knew the stamped numbers for the different gear sets or where I can find them.

3.62 = 13 teeth Pinion Gear / 47 teeth Ring Gear The photo below is NOT a 3.62 it is a 3.36, but gives you an idea of the location of the numbers stamped on the ring gear. 3.36 = 14 / 47 find the numbers and divide em.
