The Model T is running good now. I picked up a new fuel pump and pushrod on Friday. I had already removed the new lifters and put the old ones back, leaving the new camshaft and followers in place. The lifter change got rid of 90% of the noise. I installed the new fuel pump and pushrod on Sunday and it sounds much better. I'm getting 35psi oil pressure at idle and 55psi when revved up with straight 40 weight oil. The noise seemed to have been caused by defective new lifters and a worn fuel pump & pushrod. The old engine could still use a rebuild at some time, but for now it will be fine to run on the street. Thanks to everyone for your help. Mike
