Former tech man and a long time friend to racing Arnold Kinnaird, passed away Friday the 28TH. Arrangements have been made at Dyer funeral in Cookeville. Visitation will be Sunday from 4pm to 9pm and Monday at 12pm with the funeral to follow at 2 .
